I am happy to offer the following Providers:

No Surprise Act (Effective 2022)

Starting this year, there is a new law stating that providers will need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance a yearly estimate for services provided.

What does this mean to you for your mental health needs?

You, as the client have the right to obtain a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected costs for therapy services.  You will receive paperwork regarding the services outlining the potential costs that may incur over the course of 12 months. These services do not include outside consultations of any kind like consultation with another healthcare provider or with any others however, if your estimate is over four hundred dollars you have the right to dispute the charges. Lastly, always save a copy for your records. If you have received a good faith estimate from Niki Gori, LPC, LLC you can always request a copy and I will be happy to provide you with one.

Feel free to ask more questions regarding this new change by contacting me.
